英国法在国际贸易及投资领域的适用日益普遍。为加深国内律师对英国法的了解,英国律师协会及英中协会联合主办2015“英国法研习班”。研习班由中国人民大学普通法中心和中国人民大学律师学院承办。研习班邀请中英律师及学者通过讲座的形式,介绍英国法的基本理论和实践。
